Constant communication and coordination with staff and HR. **Work Mode:** \[On-site San Isidro] – Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Contract Type:** General Regime **General Responsibilities:** Plan, monitor, and report daily physical and financial progress of active projects, ensuring accurate cost visibility, expense tracking, status updates, and deviation identification, in compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards. **What You Will Do With Us:** * Technical or university degree. * One year of experience as Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, HR Assistant, etc. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Strong communication skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payroll processing, timesheets, etc. (desirable) * Willingness to travel across our various locations in Lima. * Motorcycle ownership preferred. **What We Seek in You:** * Receipt of daily timecards. * Entering shift and working hours information. * Absenteeism control. * Assisting in the consolidation, validation, and approval process for overtime, absences, etc. * Constant communication with staff. * Communication and coordination with the Human Resources department. * Timely submission of timecards for payroll processing within the scheduled timeline. * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
