Opportunity to apply knowledge in HACCP and BPM **Location:** Callao We are looking for three **Machine Technicians** with experience operating packaging machines, focused on ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and process efficiency. This position is critical to ensuring our products meet quality, safety, and operational continuity standards. **Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Control, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of HACCP, BPM, and industrial machinery operation and regulation. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and regulate packaging machines, calibrate formats, and ensure appropriate cleaning. * Identify failures and conduct root cause analysis to reduce downtime and ensure production continuity. * Monitor product weight, seal integrity, and appearance according to established frequency. * Participate in autonomous maintenance of packaging and roasting lines. * Perform reprocessing and control waste during assigned shifts. * Record information in control forms, ensuring compliance with HACCP and BPM systems. * Collaborate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives. **What We Offer?** * All statutory benefits and direct payroll starting from the first day of employment * Food allowance * Sundays and holidays off Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,300.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * How many years of experience do you have operating packaging machines? * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you available to work in Callao on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday? * What is your salary expectation for this position?
