Currently, we are seeking new talent for the position of Nutrition Assistant with the following requirements: **SOUTH ZONE \- ULDARICO HOSPITAL** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate/Technician in Nutrition and Dietetics (desirable) * Experience as a Nutrition Assistant in hospitals or food service concessionaires (desirable) * Valid Sanitation Certificate WITH FOOD HANDLING or availability to obtain it. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive diets from the production area according to specifications provided by the Registered Dietitian. * Label diets designated for the hospital, ensuring all required information is included. * Verify that preparations meet food safety and quality standards. * Package food items following safety regulations and using appropriate materials. * Collaborate with production and the nutrition team to adjust diets based on patient needs. * Ensure packaging practices comply with the hospital’s health regulations. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration (including family allowance) * Meals provided * Market-competitive salary * ESSALUD health insurance * Life Insurance (Law-mandated) * SCTR occupational risk insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
