Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed occupational physician with experience in worker health surveillance, including reading and analyzing OMEs and preparing the ITV for DIGESA.

TERMS OF REFERENCE \- OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN SERVICE
**1\. BACKGROUND**
NESsT is a non-profit international organization that promotes the development of social enterprises to generate sustainable social and environmental impact. Within the framework of its Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program, and considering it has 15 staff members at its Peru office, NESsT requires contracting an occupational physician service to fulfill obligations related to worker health surveillance.
**2\. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT**
To contract an Occupational Physician for reading, interpretation, and analysis of occupational medical examination results, as well as preparation of the Technical Worker Health Surveillance Report (ITV) and its submission to DIGESA, in compliance with Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree 005\-2012\-TR, Ministerial Resolution 312\-2011/MINSA, and current DIGESA regulations.
**3\. SCOPE OF SERVICE**
Includes
reading of results, epidemiological analysis, preparation of the Technical Surveillance Report, and submission to DIGESA.
**4\. DELIVERABLES**
* Report on review and analysis of OMEs.
* ITV report in DIGESA Excel format.
* Signed cover letter for the ITV.
* Executive report and proof of submission to the authority indicating the file number.
* Final consultancy report.
**5\. PROVIDER PROFILE**
Licensed occupational physician with proven experience in health surveillance.
**6\. SERVICE DURATION**
The service must be completed within a maximum of 15 calendar days, starting from the date the company fully delivers all required information.
Reference breakdown:
* Reading and validation of results: 5 to 7 calendar days
* Analysis and preparation of the Technical Surveillance Report: 3 to 5 calendar days
* Submission to DIGESA: 1 to 2 calendar days
The timeline may be adjusted based on the number of workers evaluated and the quality of the information provided. **7****. CONFIDENTIALITY**
The provider shall:
* Guarantee confidentiality of individual medical data.
* Report only aggregated information in the ITV (without compromising personal data).

* Payment upon delivery and acceptance of:
* ITV report
* Proof of submission to DIGESA
**9****. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* The occupational physician is responsible for:
* Accuracy of the analysis
* Correct medical interpretation
* Compliance with DIGESA formatting requirements
