Position Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise occupational health, medical surveillance, and workplace safety programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of Occupational Health and Safety 2. Active participation in health surveillance programs 3. Training of first aid teams We are currently seeking an Occupational Registered Nurse: RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Be familiar with and implement the Occupational Health activities outlined in the organization's Annual Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Program. 2\. Support the updating of Occupational Medical Examination Protocols and Work Fitness Criteria. 3\. Update the EMO (Occupational Medical Examination) Registry according to the organization's current worker database. 4\. Schedule EMOs based on type: periodic, return-to-work, or other as required. 5\. Follow up on EMOs with medical observations and coordinate with the occupational physician to resolve corresponding observations. 6\. Support the preparation of the annual statistical report on occupational medical examinations. 7\. Support the preparation and submission to DIGESA of the Technical Report on Worker Health Surveillance, per Ministerial Resolution No. 312-2011, Annex 4. 8\. Notify cases of occupational diseases to the Ministry of Labor. 9\. Conduct, update, and follow up on activities related to worker health surveillance programs. 10\. Raise awareness among workers regarding their health care. 11\. Support the reassignment process for workers diagnosed with occupational diseases. 12\. Record and monitor cases of chronic illnesses, common accidents, work-related accidents, and job reassignments. 13\. Support investigations into suspected occupational diseases based on causal links. 14\. Support reporting on progress in medical surveillance and statistics of occupational disease cases. 15\. Train first aid teams. 16\. Maintain updated indicators for the SSOMA Program and relevant regulatory documents. 17\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 18\. Participate in identifying hazards, risks, environmental aspects, and impacts associated with organizational activities, and support the evaluation and implementation of operational controls. 19\. Comply with policies established by the Integrated Management System (IMS), Internal Labor Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and documented information issued by the organization to ensure achievement of objectives; service quality; effective management of worker health and safety; and environmental protection.
