A leading company in the food service and concession industry, operating across plants, clinics, universities, and schools, is seeking qualified personnel for the position of Site Operations Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within concession or food service companies, food manufacturing, or restaurants. * Knowledge of cost and budgeting areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work in Miraflores, Monday through Saturday. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate the concessionaire’s daily operations (production, distribution, and customer service). * Ensure operations comply with established quality, safety, and professional service standards. * Monitor and control operational costs. * Control costs and expenses, optimizing the company’s resource utilization in alignment with the assigned operational unit budget, aiming to improve profitability. * Enhance external and internal customer satisfaction. * Timely management of customer complaints, grievances, suggestions, information requests, etc. * Similarly, ensure proper recording of internal incidents and deviations, working to eliminate their root causes.
