Manage operational performance, inventory, and warehouse resources. **Warehouse Supervisor** **Location:** Lima \- CD Callao **Schedule:** Full-time **Reports to:** Distribution Center Coordinator Lima **Position Purpose:** Supervise and direct internal Distribution Center operations during the panetones campaign, primarily leading operational and temporary staff, and being responsible for achieving productivity, safety, quality, service, and inventory objectives, while ensuring proper implementation of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and the company-defined standards for safety, occupational health, and environmental management. **A Day in the Life of...** * Lead onboarding, orientation, and accelerated training for temporary staff, ensuring they understand and apply safety, quality, productivity, and operational discipline standards from the start of the campaign. * Supervise, assign, and monitor the performance of warehouse operational and temporary staff (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, inventory, reconditioning, and returns), managing shift-based productivity, shift adherence, operational discipline, absenteeism, and overtime, to ensure operational rhythm and order throughout the campaign. * Manage daily warehouse floor operational performance, monitoring productivity, process cycle times, and bottlenecks, intervening promptly to correct deviations and ensure achievement of daily and weekly plans. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, actively leading safe behavior among staff, managing safety observations, and implementing corrective actions within the warehouse. * Supervise accurate product traceability, FEFO/LEFO compliance, and inventory execution, taking responsibility for stock reliability during operations and for closing the campaign without critical discrepancies. * "Manage availability and proper functioning of MHE equipment, RF systems, and infrastructure, coordinating with maintenance and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Plan and manage resources required for daily operations and campaign demand peaks, ensuring achievement of service, productivity, and quality targets, including an orderly campaign closure. * Develop, analyze, and present warehouse management KPIs, proposing and implementing process and operational flow improvements that generate cost savings, productivity gains, and enhancements in safety and quality. * When entering operational areas, perform assigned tasks using company-provided PPE correctly, in accordance with received training and the IPER matrix, reporting unsafe acts or conditions and halting operations immediately in case of serious risk, and promptly notifying supervision. **What Will Make You Successful** * SAP knowledge: IM, MH, and CS modules. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Experience managing personnel. * Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. * English: Intermediate. * Excel: Intermediate (pivot tables). * University education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience leading operations during campaigns or seasonal demand peaks. **Professional Competencies** * Safety and occupational health orientation. * Intermediate Excel / Intermediate English. * Quality orientation. * Good Storage Practices. * Knowledge of warehouse information systems (SAP). * Radiofrequency knowledge. * Storage, replenishment, and dispatch processes. * Coaching and feedback. * Continuous improvement tools. * FEFO, LEFO, and traceability system knowledge. * Inventory process and stock control. **Competencies:** * Proactive individual focused on goal achievement, anticipating future opportunities and problems and acting appropriately to resolve them. * Broad vision and positive attitude toward change. * Ability to delegate, motivate, and supervise staff and operations under one's responsibility. * Integrity, courage, transparency, and honesty. * Participation in area-related projects. * Emotional intelligence.
