Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator with experience in warehouse and dispatch operations to support the production process, quality control, order preparation, and inventory management. Job stability and a positive working environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or dispatch roles. * Basic knowledge of handling raw materials, weighing, mixing, and packaging products. * Experience in inventory control, stock management, or order preparation. * Responsible, organized individual with a willingness to work in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the production process according to established procedures. * Weigh, mix, and package products as required. * Verify that products meet quality standards. * Prepare orders and assist in dispatch activities. * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials or products. * Maintain a clean, orderly work area and comply with safety regulations. * Record necessary information regarding performed activities. **EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS** * Monthly gross salary: S/ 1,400\. * Additional transportation allowance: S/ 144 per month. * Full payroll registration (General Regime) from day one. * Statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation time, ESSALUD, among others. * Job stability and a positive working environment. * Location: San Martin de Porres, Lima \- Peru.
