We are currently seeking **20 INDUSTRIAL MACHINE OPERATORS**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of operating machines with electronic and automated controls or similar systems. * Minimum of 1 year of experience operating machines in industrial plants. * Availability to work rotating shifts at the Pucusana Plant. * Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental management systems (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Operate production area machinery under your responsibility to meet established production schedules. * Record operational parameters of assigned machines throughout each shift according to the specified frequency to ensure indicator tracking. * Identify and correct basic operational issues of assigned machines. * Perform quality tests (self-inspection). * Support machine maintenance tasks. * Prepare the Shift Report. * Execute product and format changeovers. * Perform cleaning and sanitation. * Execute line start-ups and/or shutdowns. * Perform autonomous maintenance. * Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. **BENEFITS**: * Competitive market-based salary. * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Statutory life insurance from the first day of employment.
