This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining \#MiningInternships** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support inspections of critical controls (Bowtie); indicator management; meetings and other awareness activities; and contribute to consolidating evidence for Bowtie management. * Support and/or develop process and productivity improvement initiatives and/or projects, focused on operational optimization, increased productive capacity, and elimination of occupational health and safety risks. * Support throughout the entire project management lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution and field monitoring, through to closure, standardization, and lessons learned—as well as participation in meetings and communications with operators, technicians, shift supervisors, and other involved personnel. * Support enhancement of Power BI reports; physical area information management; service/material approval management; and SAP tracking of purchase requests and receiving documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of project management; execution of productivity projects; and management of process improvement projects. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency; SAP, Power BI, PowerApps, and AI tools experience. * Preferred: Experience in project management and implementation of process and productivity improvement projects. **Additional Information** * Unit: Cajamarquilla * Work schedule: 5x2 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
