Propose and implement improvements to controls and processes within the department **Job Objective:** Manage and optimize the procurement process for Pan de la Chola, ensuring timely supply of supplies to stores and production areas, with a focus on information analysis, organization, control, and proposals for continuous improvement in costs, stock control, and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Receive, consolidate, and manage procurement of supplies and packaging for stores, according to category and purchase frequency. \- Administer orders for high-turnover perishable products and consignment products. \- Schedule high-volume procurement with monitoring of minimum safety stock levels. \- Analyze consumption patterns, purchase frequencies, stockouts, and overstock situations. \- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments. Track orders (invoicing, payment, shortages, changes, incidents). \- Propose and implement improvements to centralized controls and departmental processes. \- Standardize formats, workflows, and reports.
