Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full recruitment, selection, and talent strategy support cycle, maintaining confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Use of social media for talent attraction **Minimum Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and staff selection. * Proficiency in digital recruitment tools and databases. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on social media, employment portals, and the company’s official channels. * Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate selection according to required profiles. * Coordinate and conduct initial, technical, and competency-based interviews. * Administer psychometric tests, soft skills assessments, and knowledge evaluations as appropriate for the position. * Prepare evaluation reports and submit shortlists of three candidates to General Management. * Manage and archive applicant documentation in physical and digital formats (Drive or internal system). * Coordinate onboarding and follow-up processes for newly hired staff. * Maintain up-to-date applicant databases and hiring records. * Support planning of talent retention, workplace climate, and employee engagement strategies. * Safeguard the confidentiality of candidate and company information. * Comply with safety regulations, internal protocols, and labor laws. * Submit monthly recruitment metrics (e.g., active processes, time-to-fill, etc.). * Create and run **TikTok and Facebook Lives or Reels** to promote job openings and attract talent. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
