We will help accelerate our clients’ business outcomes through innovation of leading-edge digital products. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Define and lead the Change Management strategy for high-impact projects, aligning initiatives with business objectives and organizational transformation. * Design, execute, and monitor change management plans, ensuring proper adoption, usage, and sustainability of implemented changes. * Apply the ADKAR model to manage organizational-level change adoption, identifying impacts, resistance, and mitigation plans. * Manage and mobilize key stakeholders, advising leaders, sponsors, and teams on the correct implementation of change actions and timely decision-making. **Requirements and Skills** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in Organizational Change Management within transformation contexts. * Experience managing projects using both traditional and agile approaches. * Experience leading changes related to tools, processes, or operating models. * Practical knowledge and application of the ADKAR model. * Desired experience in the financial sector or highly regulated environments. * English desirable (reading, writing \- intermediate; communication \- basic). * Leadership capability through influence, team mobilization, and commitment generation. * Effective communication, negotiation, and complex stakeholder management skills. * Analytical thinking, structured approach, and holistic business vision. * Results-oriented, adaptable, and focused on change sustainability. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner for some of the world’s leading enterprises and native digital companies.
