




Job Summary: This role is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and conducting sample testing, as well as reviewing and reporting chemical test results and proposing methodological improvements in the laboratory. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Organize and schedule service requests, analysis priorities, and workload distribution. * Conduct sample testing according to defined procedures and protocols. * Review, validate, and report interim and final chemical test results to the direct supervisor. * Prepare productivity reports and service reports provided to internal customers as applicable. * Coordinate requisition and replenishment of orders based on departmental needs, in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Propose and/or implement new laboratory methodologies based on review of standards or technical information, coordinated with the direct supervisor and/or relevant department. * Guide or mentor staff on applied testing procedures. * Participate in quality and safety activities as required. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or hierarchical superior, based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in analytical techniques: Inorganic, Metallurgical, Environmental. * Proficiency in operating AAS, Leco, and/or similar equipment. * Knowledge of volumetric and instrumental techniques for mineral samples. * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) preferred. * Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 standards. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an analyst or performing similar activities; 3 years preferred. * Work location: Callao, with rotating shifts. **Additional Information** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Continuous training opportunities. * Corporate agreements
