It is recognized globally as the foremost authority on quality and integrity, with over 95\.000 employees and a network of more than 2\.400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Conducts physical and sensory analyses using predetermined techniques to meet service requirements within the department, complying with all safety regulations, quality control standards, organizational policies, and environmental policies. * Participates in updating or developing new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, data processing, and implementation of procedures and protocols as required. * Operates, supports, and maintains optimal functionality of equipment and supplies related to assigned duties, and is responsible for reporting malfunctions or replacement needs. **Requirements** * Formal Education: Degree in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. * Experience: Ideally 2 years of experience as a sensory testing analyst for hydrobiological products and other food items. * Minimum Required Competencies: Practical and theoretical knowledge of sensory analysis methods. * Knowledge: Laboratory equipment procedures and usage.
