Comprehensive management of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection A metal-mechanical company is seeking a **SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- CONSTRUCTION SITE** for a **METAL STRUCTURE** project in **CALLAO**, meeting the following requirements: Requirements: * Industrial, environmental, or related engineering degree (graduated) **\- Mandatory.** * Minimum 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical construction projects **\- Mandatory.** * Valid certifications for working at heights and high-risk activities **\- Mandatory.** * Residence in Callao or adjacent areas **\- Mandatory.** Main Responsibilities: * 1\. Implement and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST) and Environmental Management System (SGA). * 2\. Prepare and submit the project dossier for the ongoing project. * 3\. Investigate accidents and incidents occurring on the project. * 4\. Enforce the annual SSOMA program on the project. * 5\. Properly manage SGSST documentation. * 6\. Prepare and submit progress reports for the ongoing project according to the frequency required by supervision and/or the client. * 7\. Responsible for sending documents via email and maintaining corresponding copies in the SSOMA and SIG departments. * 8\. Participate in subcontractor meetings and provide relevant information. * 9\. Prepare environmental and safety reports for the project. * 10\. Report accidents and incidents occurring on the ongoing project. * 11\. Verify third-party documentation. * 12\. Manage the delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) on site. * 13\. Conduct safety, occupational health, and environmental induction for workers and third parties on the ongoing project. * 14\. Ensure proper evacuation of workers on site. * 15\. Carry out safety and environmental awareness campaigns on the project. * 16\. Manage subcontractor documentation for the project. * 17\. Maintain updated project documentation files. * 18\. Ensure proper operation of project facilities including cafeteria, changing rooms, and restrooms. * 19\. Verify the contents of the first-aid kit. * 20\. Comply with SIG regulations.
