Resolve incidents in real time and ensure operational order. **Weekend Operations Supervisor – Barranco Nightclub** We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and highly service-driven individual to lead weekend operations. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and the operational team. **What profile are we looking for?** * Graduate in **Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields** * Minimum **1–2 years of experience in similar roles** (operations, supervision, or customer service in service-oriented industries) * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office** * Experience in **cash reconciliation and petty cash management** * Knowledge of **counterfeit currency detection** * Prior experience or knowledge in **bar operations** is desirable * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Supervise and support the team of **waiters**, ensuring agile and high-quality service * Perform **cash reconciliation** at the end of each shift * Handle **government inspection procedures**, if required * Continuously monitor the performance of the operational team: **waiters, cashiers, security, cleaning, and warehouse staff** * Resolve incidents in real time while maintaining operational order * Prepare and report key information to the **immediate supervisor** **What do we offer?** * Work exclusively on **Fridays and Saturdays** (5–8 dates per month) * Compensation on a **flat-rate basis** * **Formal employment registration starting from the third month** * Excellent **workplace atmosphere** and teamwork Salary: S/.100\.00 \- S/.900\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
