Our VAS team is seeking an After-Sales Planning Supervisor P&P to join Inchcape Peru. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and plan production for the body and paint workshop, acting as the operational liaison between Service Advisors and the production area—ensuring on-time delivery, accurate job scheduling, and clear, timely communication with customers. **What You’ll Do** * Production Planning and Control: Schedule and prioritise jobs for each vehicle entering the workshop based on capacity, timelines, and customer criticality. Monitor daily production progress and adjust scheduling in response to contingencies. * Scheduling of mechanical repairs and assurance of timelines in case of delays. * Support for Service Advisors: Provide up-to-date information on quotation status, repairs, deliveries, and deviations. Ensure rapid, consistent responses for customers, fleets, and insurers. * Time Management: Monitor cycle time indicators, downtime, and causes of delays. Propose improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework. Track deliveries and vehicles pending parts. * Internal Alignment and Communication: Conduct production meetings with third parties and internal teams. Escalate timeline or quality risks or deviations promptly. * Weekly tracking of customer service review metrics, such as reputation and insurer platforms. (Reporting) * Documentation and Administrative Control: Validate work orders, authorisations, estimates, and closings. * Ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols. * Coordinate timely communication with insurers regarding total loss vehicles. * Ensure compliance with and reporting of ICS standards and controls, including: Open orders, Quality control, Invoices vs. orders. * Other duties assigned by management that add value to the department. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to build it with us.
