**Job Description**
* Lead and manage the business’s strategic training programs, ensuring the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s Annual Training Plan.
* Lead the identification of learning needs and manage business training requirements and projects—from initial identification through execution, monitoring, and results evaluation.
* Lead and manage all phases of the performance management process on the corporate platform, including coordinating stages, following up with leaders, and consolidating information for process closure.
* Lead and manage the country’s legally mandated training plan (safety, health, compliance, and other regulatory requirements), coordinating with responsible departments and overseeing its tracking on internal platforms.
* Participate in designing and lead the implementation of organizational development and leadership programs aligned with the corporate model and the business’s strategic priorities.
* Comprehensively manage training providers—from evaluation and onboarding through service monitoring and associated administrative processes.
* Monitor and lead the consolidation of training and performance indicators, preparing periodic reports for business tracking.
**Requirements**
Professionals holding degrees in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Three years of experience in similar positions.
Intermediate-level English proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills.
Intermediate-level Power BI skills (desirable).
Experience with LMS platforms or HR-related ERP systems.
