




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key Highlights: 1. Resolving inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude Hoteles EL Tambo \- Lima (Miraflores) is looking for a receptionist with the following profile: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (hotels and customer-facing roles). * Basic proficiency in WORD and EXCEL. * English language skills (assessment will be conducted). * Availability to work on a rotating monthly schedule: **MONDAY TO SUNDAY 7AM \- 3PM \| 3PM \- 11 PM \| 11 PM \- 7AM \| 1 DAY OFF** Responsibilities: * Perform guest check-in and check-out accurately and courteously. * Manage reservations via phone, WhatsApp Business, email, and PMS. * Provide information about hotel services, operating hours, amenities, and nearby attractions. * Resolve inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude and guest-oriented approach. * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth operations. * Record guest charges, assign rooms, and issue receipts/invoices as required. * Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area. * Comply with security protocols, confidentiality requirements, and internal policies. * Conduct nightly audit (night shift only).
