Digital file management and generation of BIM deliverables A medical equipment sales company is seeking a BIM Assistant to support BIM modeling and pre-installation documentation of biomedical equipment for a hospital project. **Responsibilities:** * Basic equipment modeling in Revit * Equipment placement on hospital drawings * Support in pre-installation drawings (LOD 350\) * Generation of views, sheets, and BIM documentation * Support in preparing deliverables (RVT, IFC, NWD, and AutoCAD) **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Architecture * Interest in hospital projects and working in a BIM environment * Organized, responsible individual with strong digital file management skills * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Autodesk Revit * Basic ability to read construction drawings **Exclusions: installation design, drawing sign-off, or fieldwork.
