This opportunity is for you ✨* ✅ **Your Responsibilities:** · Responsible for implementing the platform and/or modules for clients, providing advisory services, training, and support in configuring user profiles and evaluation models, promoting adoption and optimizing recruitment processes. · Analyze and map the client’s recruitment processes to identify improvement opportunities through the platform, optimizing talent management and contributing to increased sales conversion. · Provide specialized Human Talent advisory services to clients and the commercial team, resolving technical inquiries, supporting talent management projects, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. ✅ **What We Are Looking For:** · **Academic Background:** Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields · **Years of Experience:** 3–5 years in HR advisory, Business Partner, or similar roles · **Knowledge:** Corporate-level recruitment and selection management, psychometrics, talent assessment projects (e.g., 360-degree performance evaluations, nine-box, potential assessments, etc.) · **Tools:** Human talent management systems, intermediate Excel, project control platforms · **Languages:** Intermediate English (preferred) ✅ **What We Offer:** · Salary in **US dollars**. · **Performance-based bonus**. · **Hybrid work model**.
