Responsibilities: * Recruit taxi drivers who have not previously registered with Yango or who have been inactive for over one month. * Clearly and practically explain and demonstrate app usage. * Follow up with affiliated drivers to ensure their activation. * Convert registrations into active drivers completing trips. * Maintain consistent communication with drivers to ensure their continued platform engagement. Requirements: * Strong communication skills and persuasive ability. * Ability to teach mobile app usage. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Fieldwork or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. * Basic to intermediate smartphone proficiency.
