Focus on delivering an exclusive customer experience **Job Objective:** Deliver high-end hospitality service to boutique customers through timely and discreet provision of beverages and snacks, contributing to an exclusive shopping experience aligned with the brand's luxury standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Offer and serve beverages (cold and hot) to customers, following established service protocols. * Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the boutique's image and standards. * Ensure courteous, respectful, discreet, and non-intrusive service throughout the customer's in-store visit. * Prepare and ensure proper setup of trays, tableware, and service stations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in assigned areas. * Anticipate customer needs by providing timely and personalized assistance. * Coordinate efficiently with the sales team to enhance the customer experience. * Comply with current food safety and hygiene regulations. **Job Requirements:** * Prior customer service or hospitality experience (preferably in luxury environments, hospitality, or events). * Excellent personal presence and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of service protocol and etiquette. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong service orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and under demanding standards. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Adaptability.
