We are currently seeking talent for the following positions: Salesperson in a physical store FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES \- Store opening and closing \- Excellent customer service. \- Sales promotion and closing for both wholesale and retail customers. \- Teamwork management and coordination with colleagues \- Customer attraction and audience acquisition \- Sales system operation (training provided by us) \- Printing of receipts and invoices as required by customers \- Responsibility, organization, and proactivity SALARY AND WORK SCHEDULE \* Working hours: 8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch break, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. \* Base salary: S/.1,500.00 \* Commission-based incentives \* Benefits starting from the third month of employment Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
