**Basic Qualifications:** \- Graduate of Civil Engineering program. \- Professional licensed and registered. **Specific Experience:** \- Specific experience as a QA supervisor in earthwork and/or concrete works or related specialties. \- Experience in field and laboratory soil mechanics work within quality management. **General Experience:** \- General experience in construction of structures involving disciplines such as: geology, geotechnics, reinforced concrete structures, installation of pipelines made from various materials, geosynthetics installation, or earthwork. Experience in field and laboratory soil mechanics and concrete work. **Language:** \- Intermediate English proficiency. **Software Skills:** \- Proficient at user level in Microsoft Office. **Physical Fitness:** \- Must be in good physical condition and health to perform field work under conditions including heights, cold, or heat. **Essential Requirements:** \- Class A1 driver’s license with proven driving experience. \- Availability to work in remote locations at a mining site operating under an atypical work schedule. **Responsibilities** \- Review, apply, and communicate all QAPM (Quality Assurance Procedures Manual) contents, ensuring full understanding of process improvement systems, procedure applicability, and their active implementation within team activities. \- Review the contractor’s CQC quality manual and issue an observation letter or document acceptance. \- Sign acceptance protocols for verified areas without observations. \- Perform other duties related to the position.
