**Job Description** Growing company in the architecture and engineering sector is looking for a SSOMA Supervisor with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SSOMA Supervisor or Risk Prevention Specialist with employment certification * Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations * Experience in high-risk work (heights, electrical, hot work, lifting, civil works, among others) * SST courses, assembly and disassembly, working at heights (certificate or diploma) * Availability to work in districts of Lima and in provinces (for projects) Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break) and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM **Responsibilities:** * Assign personnel responsible for each project activity and monitor their tasks. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications of products and services determined by the client at the site. * Prepare a list of all requirements needed for the project and communicate it to Warehouse and Procurement for management. * Supervise daily activities and personnel. * Provide on-site support and follow-up for each assembly or task to verify proper use of tools, resources, and company-established procedures. * Maintain photographic records of on-site activities to be included in the final report. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
