We seek a professional who is organized, analytical, and results-oriented, with experience in accounting and administrative processes. * Work location: Miraflores * Employment mode: On-site Requirements: * Licensed and registered Public Accountant. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in accounting systems (SISCONT). * Experience in recording and analyzing accounting ledgers. * Bank account management and reconciliation. * Experience in procurement management, quotation requests, and supplier negotiations. * Management and control of purchase orders, supply tracking, and corporate resource administration. * Knowledge of current tax and accounting regulations. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: * Recording and analysis of accounting transactions. * Preparation and updating of accounting ledgers. * Execution of bank reconciliations. * Support in preparing accounting and tax reports. * Procurement and supply management of goods and services. * Requesting, evaluating, and comparing supplier quotations. * Issuing and tracking purchase orders. * Control and administration of supplies, resources, and departmental documentation. * Coordination with suppliers, financial institutions, and internal departments.
