Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to manage the accounting of a financial organization, preparing financial and tax statements and reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the accounting of a financial organization 2. Prepare financial and tax statements and reports 3. Apply IAS, IFRS, and SMV regulations We are currently looking for an **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** to handle the accounting functions of our financial-sector organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Analyst and/or Accountant * Experience in preparing **Financial Statements or Account Analysis** * Advanced knowledge of computer skills and accounting software; CONTANET is preferred * Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare the company's Financial Statements applying IAS, IFRS, and other regulatory standards such as those issued by the SMV * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and tax reports * Calculate monthly and annual taxes * Maintain accounting records and ledgers * Other duties assigned by direct supervisor **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible * Adaptable * Problem-solving orientation * Teamwork **BENEFITS:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one * Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your academic degree and field of study? * Do you use accounting software?
