Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with solid experience in accounting and financial management to ensure regulatory compliance, economic transparency, and strategic support. Internal accounting and tax advisory We are seeking a **General Accountant** with solid experience in accounting and financial management, capable of ensuring regulatory compliance and transparency in the organization's financial information. The position aims to guarantee the correct application of accounting principles, **International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)**, and current tax regulations, providing strategic support to senior management. Key Responsibilities * **Accounting Management:** Supervise and validate the organization’s accounting processes. * **Financial Statements:** Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Tax Compliance:** Ensure timely monthly and annual tax filings, minimizing tax risks. * **External Audits:** Coordinate external audits and SUNAT audits, and address audit observations. * **Labor Provisions:** Validate provisions for CTS, vacations, and bonuses. * **Payroll Validation:** Review payroll data prepared by the HR department to ensure accurate accounting treatment. * **Billing:** Supervise billing across various operational sites. * **Concession Accounting:** Apply specific accounting and tax criteria for road concessions. * **Self-Sustaining Concessions:** Manage the accounting recording of concessions financed by own revenues (tolls). * **Internal Advisory:** Provide accounting and tax support to various departments. Requirements * **Education:** Degree and professional registration in Accounting, with valid license. * **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management within infrastructure companies, concessionaires, or regulated sectors. * Demonstrated experience in the **accounting treatment of self-sustaining road concessions**. * **Specialized Knowledge:** Peruvian tax and labor legislation, IFRS, OSITRAN and SUNAT regulations. * **General Knowledge:** Advanced Office suite proficiency, intermediate English. * **Competencies:** Judgment and decision-making, results orientation, effective communication, internal customer service, conflict management, and negotiation.
