As an Accounting Supervisor/Team Lead, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for completing and executing assigned tasks. You will apply your accounting process expertise to identify potential business-impacting risks. You will contribute to developing proposals aimed at improving our clients’ internal processes by identifying their specific needs. You will build trust-based client relationships to understand their goals and operations through a strategic lens, enabling identification of opportunities to implement new local and regional services. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge backgrounds. What qualifications are required? * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Economics. * 3–8 years of experience in accounting, including knowledge of tax matters and risk management. * Intermediate-level English (Preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel.
