Requirements: * Degree and professional license in Accounting. * Master’s degree and/or specialization in Tax Management (Desirable). * Minimum 6\-7 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience managing personnel. * Experience using accounting software and ERP systems. * Knowledge of financial statement preparation. * Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Knowledge of tax regulations (Desirable). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro. Responsibilities: * Analysis of accounts in the balance sheet, statement of financial position, and income statement. * Preparation of financial statements and notes. * Verification of accounting documentation. * Preparation of corporate reports. * Preparation and filing of monthly tax settlements (Income Tax, VAT, etc.). * Preparation and submission of the Annual Tax Return. * Supervision of the accounting team. * Liaising with financial and tax audit teams.
