Provides financial advisory services and proposes process improvements A leading company in the Restaurant sector is currently seeking a **Restaurant Accountant**, responsible for ensuring financial and accounting control across all locations, guaranteeing accurate cost management, payroll processing, tax compliance, and budgeting. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and monitor income and expenses in the accounting system. * Analyze accounting records and prepare financial statements. * Conduct monthly financial and accounting audits of restaurants. * Prepare financial and tax reports for Management. * Develop financial and accounting budgets. * Review payroll records, tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance. * Provide financial advisory support to management and propose process improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in the restaurant or retail industry). * Knowledge of current accounting, tax, and labor regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office tools. * Strong analytical, organizational skills, and high sense of responsibility. **Considerations** * Must reside in Lima. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Full payroll registration. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
