





**Position:** Primary School Teacher **Modality:** In-person **General Description** The Primary School Teacher will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching–learning processes directed at both **typically developing children** and **children with conditions** (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, language disorders, or other special educational needs). Their work will be carried out within an inclusive, adaptive, and holistic developmental approach focused on each student, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and diversity-respecting environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan inclusive, structured, and differentiated learning sessions according to students’ grade level, pace, and individual needs. * Implement pedagogical strategies adapted for children with conditions, incorporating visual supports, routines, multisensory materials, and positive behavior management. * Provide academic and socio-emotional support to both typically developing children and students with specific needs. * Manage the classroom to promote harmonious coexistence, respect, participation, and a sense of community. * Coordinate with the psychopedagogical team, therapists, teaching assistants, and school administrators to implement individualized support plans. * Maintain active, guiding communication with families regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations. * Continuously assess academic and behavioral progress using appropriate assessment tools for both typically developing students and those with special educational needs. * Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to inclusion, curriculum adaptation, and behavioral strategies. **Requirements** * Professional degree or bachelor’s degree in Primary Education. * Specialization, coursework, or documented experience working with children with conditions (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, etc.). * Minimum one year of experience in regular or inclusive classrooms. * Knowledge of positive behavior management, curriculum adaptations, and differentiated teaching strategies. * Empathetic communication skills, tolerance, teamwork ability, and conflict resolution skills. * Commitment to service and inclusive education. **Personal Competencies** * Patience, sensitivity, and respect for diversity. * Organizational skills and ability to manage groups. * Flexibility and adaptability to diverse learning styles. * Empathy and ability to provide secure emotional support. * Creativity in designing meaningful and motivating activities.
