We are currently seeking: KITCHEN ASSISTANTS - 14x7 work schedule - Moquegua REQUIREMENTS: - Completed secondary education (certificate required). - Minimum 6 months of experience in the position and/or related positions (certificate required). - Graduate of Gastronomy, Culinary Arts or related fields (Cook). - Minimum 6 months of experience working in mining and/or oilfield camps under a 14x7 work regime. - Availability to work in a mining camp under a 14x7 work regime. - Preferably residing in Moquegua, Arequipa, Tacna or Puno. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the cook and/or head chef with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. - Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, among others. - Perform mise en place. - Assist in the preparation and plating assigned to you. - Support activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
