Provide comprehensive dental care with special emphasis on performing complex dental extractions, ensuring patient safety, proper pain management, and prevention of postoperative complications. **Main Functions:** * Perform clinical and radiographic evaluations prior to surgical procedures. * Carry out simple and complex dental extractions (including impacted third molars, teeth with fractured roots, among others). * Indicate complementary studies for surgical planning. * Prescribe appropriate pharmacological treatment before and after intervention. * Manage postoperative complications and provide adequate patient follow-up. * Document procedures and clinical records clearly and up to date. * Collaborate with other specialists in multidisciplinary cases. * Promote patient education regarding post-surgical care. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Degree in Dental Surgery / Dentistry * Specialty or verifiable training in oral surgery or significant experience in complex extractions. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of clinical experience * Experience in patient management **Skills and Competencies:** * Manual dexterity and surgical precision. * Ability to make clinical decisions under pressure. * Empathy and humane treatment with patients. * Clear communication with healthcare team and patients. * Organization and responsibility. * Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
