Currently, we are looking for a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Early Childhood Education who wishes to strengthen their professional path within an environment where learning, observation, and pedagogical support are integral parts of daily practice. What do we expect from you? * Graduated or holding a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education * Willingness to learn and receive ongoing pedagogical support * Demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and warmth when working with young children * Enjoyment of teamwork and contribution with an active and positive attitude * Availability to accompany small groups (7 to 15 children) * Residence in nearby areas: Cercado de Lima, Santa Beatriz, Lince, or Pueblo Libre Position Conditions: * On-site work * Schedule: * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. * One day per week: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., supporting the daycare Workplace: On-site employment
