Job Summary: We are seeking a Laundry Employee to perform washing, drying, ironing, and folding of garments and textiles, ensuring their perfect condition and area hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the care and treatment of hotel garments and textiles. 2. Ensures the quality and impeccable presentation of guests' garments. 3. Maintains hygiene and standards in laundry areas. **LAUNDRY EMPLOYEE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1–2 years of laundry experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in laundry or hospitality (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Wash, dry, iron, and fold guests' garments, staff uniforms, sheets, towels, and tablecloths, following specific procedures for each fabric and material type.** **Conduct thorough inspections of guests' garments to identify damage, stains, or any details requiring special attention.** **Notify the seamstress during inspection of minor repairs needed on garments (e.g., missing buttons, torn pockets, loose seams).** Ensure guests' garments are returned in perfect condition, paying attention to every detail—buttons, pockets, and seams—to deliver a high-quality experience. Maintain proper inventory control of hotel textiles (sheets, towels, tablecloths) to ensure constant availability and optimal condition for use. Ensure laundry products are in good condition and used correctly, in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Promote the hotel’s image through textile cleaning, contributing to an enjoyable experience for guests and staff by providing careful, attentive handling of each garment. Maintain proper hygiene in laundry areas and when using cleaning products, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure proper cleaning of napkins and other textiles related to food service so customers always receive clean, presentable items. **BENEFITS:** Market-competitive salary General regime payroll registration. 100% covered meals. 80% covered EPS (health insurance).
