Job Description: Requirements: * Licensed and registered nurse * Specialist nurse in Surgical Center (preferred) * Specialty registration with the College of Nurses of Peru * Proven work experience * Experience working in private clinics or hospitals * Minimum 2 years of experience Main responsibilities: - Provide specialized surgical nursing care during the intraoperative phase safely, promptly, and efficiently. - Verify operating room disinfection status and proper functioning of equipment. - Prepare surgical materials according to scheduled surgeries. Assist surgeons in performing scheduled surgical procedures according to specialty, ensuring adherence to aseptic technique and biosafety standards. - Perform special procedures by implementing established protocols for safe surgery and patient safety. - Maintain updated, organized, and properly controlled stock of materials and supplies. - Manage critically ill surgical patients; provide pre-, intra-, and immediate post-operative surgical patient care. - Analytical ability and teamwork skills.
