Position Summary: A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking an Occupational Physician for medical surveillance, disease prevention, and promotion of occupational well-being. Key Requirements: 1. Master's degree or specialization in Occupational Medicine is mandatory 2. More than 7 years of experience in Occupational Medical Surveillance 3. Development and implementation of the Annual Health Surveillance Plan SAFETY \& HEALTH S.A.C. A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking **one (1) Occupational Physician**, graduated in Peru, to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, residing near the district of San Isidro. **PROFILE:** * Licensed and registered Medical Doctor, certified and authorized by the Medical College of Peru. * Master's degree or specialization in Occupational Medicine **(mandatory).** * **More than 7 years of experience in Occupational Medical Surveillance.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development and implementation of the Annual Health Surveillance Plan. * Conducting and follow-up of occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams, as applicable). * Identification and monitoring of occupational risk factors. * Follow-up of cases involving medical restrictions or occupational diseases. * Management and custody of occupational clinical records. * Development of campaigns for prevention of occupational diseases. * Lectures, training sessions, and workshops on occupational health and safety topics. * Promotion of healthy habits and occupational well-being. * Development of intervention protocols for identified risks. * Occupational medical evaluation of workers. * Issuance of reports, recommendations, and fitness-for-work determinations. * Primary care for cases related to occupational health. * Coordination with relevant entities in case of occupational medical emergencies.
