**Construction Worker – Civil Construction** We are seeking workers with experience in masonry, formwork, plastering, cutting and bending rebar, handling hand tools and small equipment. Responsibilities: Perform masonry work: construction of walls, partitions, plastering, flooring, and tiling. Prepare, mix, and apply mortars, concrete, and other construction materials. Carry out fine and rough finishes with high-quality execution. Assist in erecting structures according to drawings and technical specifications. Verify levels, alignments, and plumb lines on all constructed elements. Perform formwork, repairs, sidewalk replacement, polishing, and asphalt work. Construct and renovate civil engineering and masonry works in general. Operate required hand tools to complete work orders. Operate assigned site equipment (e.g., concrete mixer, screed machine, backhoe loader, lighting towers, etc.). Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite; strictly comply with safety regulations and promptly report any incidents to the foreman or supervisor. Requirements: Completed secondary education; Training in General Masonry (techniques for constructing walls, floors, columns, and concrete structures) from CETEMIN / TECSUP / SENCICO / OTHERS. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a mason. Experience in constructing confined and reinforced masonry structures. Experience in concrete repair and pouring. Experience in plastering, rendering, and fine finishing. Availability for fieldwork across various zones of Lima and rotating shifts. No criminal or police records.
