Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to program, supervise, and execute integrated waste management, providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Training in Mental Health and Emotional Well-being **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and request fixed and rotating slots. * Supervise waste receipt through internal delivery guides. * Generate hazardous waste manifests. * Generate exit guides. * Execute waste collection activities at PDG according to a weekly schedule. * Provide administrative support. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Valid Professional License (Mandatory) * Specialization, diplomas, or master’s degree in solid waste management and handling. * Knowledge of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Law and its Regulation (Desirable). * Knowledge of IPERC, ATS, and response to environmental emergencies (Desirable). * OSHA HAZWOPER Level III Certification (Hazardous Materials Incident Response) (Desirable). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to join projects. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in this position or related roles. **Benefits:** * Working Hours: Ventanilla Plant: Monday–Friday 08:00 a.m.–05:30 p.m.; Saturdays 09:00 a.m.–01:30 p.m. \- Camp: 2 working days followed by 1 day off. * Salary: S/4023\.50 * Biweekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll enrollment from Day 1. * Company covers travel (Lima\- Malvinas\-Lima). * Agreements with cooperatives for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health – Emotional Well-being topics. * Positive work environment.
