Job Summary: Pediatric dentist experienced in pediatric care, behavior management, preventive and restorative treatments, and parental guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Dental diagnosis and treatment for children and adolescents. 2. Management of child behavior using positive communication techniques. 3. Parental guidance on caries prevention and oral habits. Main Responsibilities * Perform dental diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and carry out dental procedures for children and adolescents. * Implement age-appropriate preventive (e.g., fluoridation, sealants, prophylaxis) and restorative treatments. * Manage child behavior using positive communication techniques to build patient trust and cooperation. * Provide guidance to parents and guardians on caries prevention, malocclusion, and oral habits. * Coordinate interdisciplinary consultations with other dental specialties (e.g., orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery). * Ensure compliance with biosafety standards and pediatric care protocols. * Participate in dental health promotion and prevention campaigns for children organized by the clinic. * Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical records and treatment documentation. * Train auxiliary staff in pediatric patient management and clinical support protocols. Requirements * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Dental Surgery with specialization or master’s degree in Pediatric Dentistry. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric dental care. * **Knowledge:** * Techniques for managing child behavior. * Preventive and restorative treatments for children. * Preventive dentistry and basic maxillary orthopedics. * Biosafety standards and radiology applied to children. * **Skills:** * Empathy, patience, and service orientation. * Ability to build trust with patients and their families. * Clear and didactic communication. * Interdisciplinary teamwork.
