Position Summary: We are seeking a Medical Technologist or Psychologist specialized in Speech-Language Therapy to conduct assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in therapeutic care for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. 2. Design and implementation of individualized therapeutic intervention plans. 3. Assessment and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders. We seek a Medical Technologist specialized in Speech-Language Therapy or a Psychologist with specialization in Speech-Language Therapy, with experience working with children. The selected candidate will work with children presenting difficulties in speech, language, and communication development, providing specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention, with a focus on neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, ASD, and language delays. Main Responsibilities: Assessment and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents. Design and implementation of individualized therapeutic intervention plans. Expressive and receptive language therapy adapted to each child's profile. Intervention in social communication skills (pragmatics) for children with ASD. Support in the development of literacy skills when required. Preparation of assessment reports and periodic progress reports. Essential Requirements: Professional degree as a Medical Technologist in Speech-Language Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with specialization in Speech-Language Therapy, with active professional registration. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in therapeutic care for children. Knowledge of and proficiency in pediatric language assessment tools (e.g., CELF, PLON-R, ELO, BLOC, among others). Experience intervening with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, language delay, or phonological disorders. Skills to work effectively with preschool and school-age children. Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with children and their families. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
