Position Summary: We are seeking a Physical Education Teacher to plan and conduct dynamic and safe educational sessions, manage groups of children, and promote their holistic development. Promote coexistence norms and mutual respect among children and adolescents. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Physical Education Teacher. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Pedagogy, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Specialization or coursework in early childhood education, group management, or teaching methodologies is desirable. * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. * Prior experience working with children (teaching, workshops, volunteering, recreation, etc.). * Knowledge of group dynamics and management of large groups. * Familiarity with didactic tools and educational resources is desirable. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and conduct educational sessions for children, ensuring a dynamic, didactic, and safe experience. * Manage groups of children of varying sizes, ensuring order, participation, and effective learning. * Supervise appropriate behavior of children and adolescents, promoting coexistence norms and mutual respect. * Coordinate with the internal team on scheduling, group allocation, and required materials for sessions. * Monitor children’s progress and participation, providing feedback as necessary. * Address inquiries from parents or legal guardians regarding children’s activities and performance. * Ensure the safety and well-being of children throughout their time in the community. * Support the organization and execution of activities, workshops, or special events during peak seasons. * Propose improvements to methodologies, content, or activities to optimize the educational experience. * Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
