**Call for Applications | Professional Communications Intern** The Museum of Art of Lima – MALI and MALI Education are seeking to incorporate a **Professional Communications Intern**, interested in the cultural and digital world, with a special focus on creating content for social media. This position is an opportunity to learn and actively participate in the communication strategies of one of the country’s most important cultural institutions. **Profile** We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized individual with an interest in cultural communication and social media, who has the ability to work collaboratively and analyze digital content. **Responsibilities** ● Support the **production of audiovisual content** (video and photography) for MALI and MALI Education’s TikTok platform. ● Collaborate on **basic video editing** (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and photo selection for publications. ● Participate alongside the Communications team in the **coverage of activities, exhibitions, courses, workshops, and events**. ● Support the **writing of social media copy**, working collaboratively with the Communications team. ● Assist in the **planning of digital content**, aligned with MALI and MALI Education’s strategy. ● Support the **organization and archiving of audiovisual material** (photos and videos). ● Collaborate with the team on creative and operational tasks specific to the Communications area. **Requirements** ● Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. ● Ability to identify trends and adapt them to the museum’s communication. ● Creativity and proactivity to generate innovative content. ● Proficiency in using professional cameras for recording and photography. ● Knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). ● Affinity with art, culture, and education (desirable). ● Availability to comply with the proposed schedule. **Schedule** ● Mondays to Wednesdays and Saturdays and Sundays Send your CV to seleccion@mali.pe with subject line COMMUNICATIONS INTERN until January 18, 2026.
