




Position Summary: We are seeking therapists to design and implement personalized intervention plans for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), promoting their autonomy and well-being. Our center specializes in providing comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** and **Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)**. The primary objective will be to design and implement personalized intervention plans that promote our users’ and their families’ autonomy, communication, and emotional well-being. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive assessments in the **language, behavior, or learning** domains (according to specialty). * Design and implement evidence-based intervention programs. * Provide parental support and counseling (parenting guidelines). * Prepare progress reports and participate in clinical team meetings. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Special Education. * **Specific knowledge:** Proficiency in approaches such as ABA, Denver (ESDM), augmentative and alternative communication systems, or behavior modification strategies (depending on specialty). * **Soft skills:** Empathy, strong observational ability, patience, and excellent assertive communication. **Benefits** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Ongoing training opportunities in neurodevelopment. * Collaborative and multidisciplinary work environment.
