Ideal experience in service sales \- Proficiency in CRM or customer tracking systems \- Ability to interact at all levels with students and parents \- Basic knowledge of Excel Responsibilities: \- Selling preparation courses \- Handling outbound calls with daily KPI measurement \- Experience in handling objections and closing deals \- Client portfolio follow-up via CRM \- Daily reporting of calls, proposals, and follow-ups \- Daily and weekly targets based on meetings, calls, and closures Base salary S/. 1400 plus average commissions between S/. 1000 \- S/.2000 per month.
