Our goal is to support professional and institutional growth through up-to-date, high-impact proposals. **Position Description** As a Community Psychology Instructor, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating courses related to social and community psychology, ensuring a practical and critical approach. On a daily basis, you will coordinate academic activities, prepare teaching materials, conduct lectures and group dynamics, and supervise student assignments and projects. You will also participate in research projects and community outreach activities alongside students and the academic team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Los Olivos office. **Requirements** * University degree in Psychology, with specialization or demonstrable experience in community and social psychology. * Skills in curriculum development and training program design, including course planning and preparation of pedagogical materials. * Experience in university or technical-level teaching, with ability to deliver effective lectures, manage diverse groups, and assess learning outcomes. * Competence in applied psychological research, project formulation, use of quantitative and qualitative methods, and dissemination of findings. * Strong interpersonal skills: clear communication, teamwork, sensitivity to community contexts, time management, and commitment to continuous improvement.
