Document registration and bank reconciliation **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** The Accounting Assistant supports the restaurant’s accounting and administrative department in the Barranco district. **Job Information** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM * Work Mode: On-site * Compensation: S/1,130 + RC 270 = 1,400 * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting * Payroll: Sandwiches Monstruos S.A.C. – General Regime * Workplace: Barranco (near Balta Metro Station) * Availability: Immediate **Main Responsibilities** * Register purchase, sales, expense, and other accounting documents in the system. * Assist with bank reconciliation and review of account movements. * Collaborate in preparing monthly financial reports and account analysis. * Support preparation and filing of documentation for internal and external audits. * Assist in preparing and submitting tax declarations (IGV, Income Tax, Withholdings, Perceptions, Retentions). * Support monitoring and tracking of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Update and maintain organized physical and digital archives of accounting and administrative documents. * Assist in payroll mobility processing and staff attendance control, as instructed. * Support the Human Resources department in generating reports and entering data into the system. * Register and monitor payments to suppliers and collaborators in the system. * Perform integration across different system modules. * Carry out other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the department. **Job Requirements** * University student in final cycles of Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Peruvian tax regulations. * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas) and willingness to learn accounting systems. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision. * Proactive and eager to learn. **Key Competencies** * Order and discipline * Teamwork * Assertive communication * Discretion and professional ethics * Initiative and continuous learning * Internal relations * Reports to the Accountant or Administrative Manager. * Coordinates with Procurement, Warehouse, and Human Resources departments for accounting information flow. * Objective capability. **Salary**: S/1,130 + 270 full payroll Salary: S/.1,400.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you live? * What is your educational level and field of study?
